I had the best time capturing Kathryn and Drew’s wedding at the Mckinney Cotton Mill this past weekend! The venue is stunning by itself, but the vision Kathryn had for her day was absolutely breathtaking! I’m so excited to share their day with all of you!
Kathryn is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, and was so welcoming when I arrived. Fun fact: I found out that she and I had the same major in college (Biomedical Engineering). So, obviously, she’s awesome! She met Drew in Nashville while attending Grad School, and they just mold perfectly together! His east coast class and her southern charm make for the perfect combo! I loved the touches of Nashville (and her roots of Louisiana) that they incorporated into their day. From the Nashville recipe guest book (guests could write them notes in the pages of the cookbook! How cool is that?!) to the chocolate fleur de lis favors to the brass instrument send-off, it was seriously so amazing!
Kathryn and Drew, thank you so much for allowing me into your special day. It was absolutely an honor and a privilege to be a part of something so beautiful, and I wish you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness! Congrats. you two!
I LOVED that Kathryn wore her grandmother’s ring!
Matching socks? YES please!!
The look on Drew’s face when he first sees Kathryn….priceless!
