As I start to go through the images from Jennifer and Terrell’s wedding at Gather Mckinney, I’m instantly brought back to their super chill, super unique, super meaningful day. When I first arrived, Jennifer greeted me with the warmth and ease I’ve seen the whole time I’ve worked with her. No nerves, or at least, if there were, she kept them under wraps. She showed me all of her bridal details and told me about her grandfather’s jazz pin and her grandmother’s ring that she planned to pin in her dress. Seeing how important heirlooms were to her just made my detail-loving heart just sing.
Because of the weather, we decided to do their first look inside the reception space. When Terrell arrived, I told him how unique and beautiful the tables were. I loved the animal table card holders, and he mentioned that those were a nod to some of his favorite toys growing up. How cool is that? After sharing a sweet first look, Jennifer and Terrell exchanged notes, just in time for their barbershop quartet to serenade them making a special moment even more spectacular.
Their touching ceremony was followed by the most amazing party! Everyone danced the night away before sending Jennifer and Terrell off in style with a bubble grand exit!
Jennifer and Terrell, thank you so much for allowing me into this amazing season of life with y’all! I’m truly so blessed to be able to know you! Congratulations, guys!!! I’m so excited to share their wedding day with all of you!
