Hannah and Matt were married in the most beautiful wedding at Stone Crest this past weekend surrounded by family and friends.
I tend to tear up at weddings, but this one had tears flowing all day. There were so many sweet and touching moments throughout the day, and I was so happy that this day had finally arrived! Hannah and Matt have the sweetest relationship, which was palpable throughout the entire day.
