I don’t even know where to start with this one! Working with Katie throughout the wedding process has been such a joy and it’s so bittersweet to be posting their wedding blog! Starting with their engagement session at the Arboretum, bridals at Union Station (and the Arboretum), and culminating with the most beautiful wedding at First Baptist Church (with reception at Union Station), I feel like I’ve really gotten to know Katie well! And what I’ve learned is that Katie is the sweetest, most genuine person. She has such a huge heart for others, and I could not be any happier that she found her Happily Ever After.
Katie and Danny are both deep-rooted in their faith and family, so it seemed only fitting that Katie’s dad officiate their wedding ceremony in what was easily the most heart-felt ceremony I’ve witnessed. After their ceremony, Katie and Danny headed to Union Station and danced the night away on a white dance floor, surrounded by all their favorite people.
Katie and Danny, thank you so much for allowing me to capture this incredible season of life for you guys. It’s been absolutely the best experience, and I’m so excited to see what’s next for y’all!
