This past weekend I had the joy of capturing Katie and Ryan’s big day! It took place at Noah’s in Fairview, and was absolutely stunning! On top of the physical beauty the day (and this couple) possessed, the level of “fun-having” was out of this world! I have literally never been to a wedding with a group who danced and had as much fun as this one did! And I’m not just talking line dances….I’m talking a Dougie dance duet by Ryan and his new mother-in-law…I’m talking a NFL-worthy garter toss…I’m talking sparkler bride and groom portraits and scavenger hunts and cotton candy! Guys, this group knows how to throw a party!
But what I love even more than a fun bride and groom, is seeing a perfect match. Not to sound like a cliché movie quote, but “Love is the soul’s recognition of itself in another”. It is so completely evident that these two were literally made for each other. And even when they will inevitably go through tough seasons, I just know that they will still have fun and enjoy each other. I truly believe that if you can laugh together, you can make it through just about anything.
