This past weekend I had the pleasure of documenting Ashley and Preston’s big day at Myers Park in McKinney, Texas. Guys. Let me just tell you how amazing the whole day was! I’ve never been so moved by love at a wedding before! These two are truly one-of-a-kind and I can honestly say, I made two new friends throughout working with them.
They had a lot of friends and family come in from out of town to attend their wedding, and it was so endearing to see how much that meant to Ashley and Preston. It brought a tear to my eye (one of the many times I teared up) to see how happy and welcoming each of their families were to gain a new member.
The decor of their day was spot on, with beautiful chalkboards, lanterns, lots of greens, and peach blooms that would make anyone’s heart flutter a little.
One detail I really loved about Ashley’s wedding day ensemble was her garter. On it was a token that belonged to her grandmother, which I thought was such a special touch to incorporate into her day.
I am so incredibly happy for these two, and the love they share between them is absolutely undeniable! Congratulations, Ashley and Preston! I wish you two nothing but a lifetime of love, laughter, and happiness!!
